Prior to their current role, Gary has held various leadership positions at companies such as Deloitte and Canada Post. With a diverse career spanning over 35 years, Gary has extensive experience in process engineering, continuous improvement, and operational efficiency. Additionally, Gary has also shown their creative side as a cartoonist for The Cox-Box, a Lean Six Sigma cartoon strip.
