Tom Roberts is currently an Associate Partner at The Barrington Consulting Group, where Tom has been since 2007. Prior to their current role, Tom held the position of Senior Consultant at Sierra Systems from 2004 to 2007. Tom began their consulting career as a Consultant at Eastbridge Consulting from 1997 to 2004, and before that, Tom worked as a Consultant at Andersen Consulting / Synerlogic from 1990 to 1997. Tom obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a major in Information Systems from St. Francis Xavier University in 1990.
