Aaron Hill

Aaron’s career in the construction industry began in the field, working as an engineer for one of the largest General Engineering firms in California. His passion for client service drove him to a marketing role with an established General Contractor in the South Bay. There, Aaron quickly excelled, taking on a larger role as a Director with the company. In that position he affected structural changes in the organization, led development of the construction team and expanded the client base. His efforts helped grow the company’s pipeline more than 300% over a two year period. At Barron Builders, Aaron is tasked with organizational development and building strategic partnerships.

Aaron holds a BS in Business Administration, graduating with honors from San Jose State University.
