Robert Cushing has been a digital producer at Barron's since 2008. Prior to that, they were a writer-reporter for Time Magazine from 1990-2008. There, they produced the weekly letters section for the domestic and five international editions, writing photo captions and section headers, choosing pullquotes, and directing the art and photo departments in determining layout and choosing images. Robert also supervised the column reporter's fact-checking and streamlined mail processing and editorial procedures upon taking over a downsized department. From 1989-1990 they were an editorial assistant at Shugar Publishing and from 1989-1989 they were an editorial assistant at Infotechnology Publishing.
Robert Cushing's educational career began with a BA in English from Muhlenberg College. Robert then went on to study at the University of Galway.
They are on a team with Clare McKeen - Digital Producer, Nick Devor - Digital Producer. Their manager is Zoe Szathmary, Deputy Digital Managing Editor.
