Retail is evolving – fast.

At Barrows Connected Store, we’ve been at the forefront of that transformation for over 35 years. What started as a small business in South Africa, printing t-shirts and vinyl decals, has grown into a global leader in retail experience design.

Today, we partner with some of the world’s largest brands and retailers, helping them create impactful, immersive, and high-performing retail environments.

We believe great retail is a fusion of art, science, and strategy. That’s why we bring together a multidisciplinary team of analysts, designers, makers, and industry experts to craft innovative retail solutions that go beyond aesthetics to drive real business impact.

Our approach is built on four key pillars:

Can-Do Attitude – We bring unrivalled energy and passion to our work and see our clients as true long-term partners.

Speed & Agility – The retail landscape moves fast, and so do we. We adapt quickly, take action decisively, and execute with precision.

Tangibility – From day one, Barrows Connected Store has been a company that gets things made. That hands-on, results-driven mindset runs through everything we do.

Moving Commerce Forward – Every day, we strive to elevate the shopper experience while leading the charge in sustainability. We help our clients bridge the gap between sustainability intent and action, accelerating progress towards net-zero carbon emissions.

From fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) to global retail giants, our work is built on efficiency, practicality and a relentless drive to make things happen.

With offices in London, New York, Amsterdam, and South Africa, we are a truly global team, working at the speed of retail to help brands stand out and stay ahead.

Join us as we continue to move commerce forward – smarter, faster, and more sustainably than ever before.
