David MacAri

David Macari serves as the Senior Director of Client Partnerships & Growth at Barrows from August 2025. Previously, David held the position of Senior Director of Client Strategy & Partnerships at 1HQ Brand Agency, overseeing client services and agency profitability from November 2021 to August 2025. Prior to that, David was the Client Services Director and Senior Client Manager at CBX, focusing on brand strategy and development for retail and consumer packaged goods. David's career includes roles at Galileo Global Branding Group EMENA as an Account Executive, at Reed Exhibitions as Brand Marketing Manager, and at EVTV as a Producer and Production Coordinator. David holds a Bachelor of Arts in Global Studies Humanities from Providence College and has studied at Richmond, The American International University in Florence, Italy.
