Michael Andrew is a results-driven leader with over nine years of operations experience, specializing in project management and cross-functional team leadership. Currently serving as the Commercial & Operations Lead, Michael previously held the position of Head of Operations at Barrows London, where they successfully scaled operations and managed a Digital Retail Media program across 650+ stores. As a co-founder of Nova, a startup born from a postgraduate course, Michael led operations, business development, and marketing initiatives. They hold a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from Stellenbosch University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Entrepreneurship from the University of Cape Town, along with further studies in Product Management and Leadership.
