Ryne Harshman

Ryne Harshman has a diverse work experience in the fitness, marketing, and tech industries. Ryne is currently working as a Market Talent Lead and Founding Instructor at Barry's, a renowned fitness studio. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Health & Fitness and a member of the Board of Directors at Youvize, a web and mobile app for video communication and online meetings. Ryne also worked as a Marketing Consultant at reFABRICATION LLC, where they focused on implementing innovative marketing strategies. In addition, they have experience as a General Manager, Trainer, Sales Manager, and Membership Advisor at Genesis Health Clubs, where they managed operations, led sales teams, and delivered training sessions. Before that, they co-founded Monarch Fitness, an ecommerce tech start-up, and served as the Co-Founder & President, overseeing marketing strategies and website development. Ryne also has experience as a Marketing Manager at Way To Grow, Inc., and as a Media Outreach Manager at Rocky Mountain Student Media Corp. Ryne's early career included roles as a Front Desk Team Member and Social Media Coordinator at Miramont Lifestyle Fitness, as well as a Marketing Coordinator at H2R Agency.

Ryne Harshman earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, and Entrepreneurship from Colorado State University from 2011 to 2015. In 2021, they also completed online courses in Business and Personal/Financial Services Marketing Operations from Yale University | Coursera, and Business, Management, Marketing, Finance, and Related Support Services from the University of Pennsylvania. Additionally, they obtained certifications as a TRIBE Team Training Coach from TRIBE Team Training™ North America Inc in 2017, a Group Fitness Instructor (GEI) from the American Council on Exercise (ACE Fitness) in May 2021, and completed Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED training from the American Red Cross in March 2021.
