Aaron Hoffman

Aaron Hoffman has worked in the real estate industry since 2011. Aaron began their career as an intern at Schottenstein Real Estate Group (SRE Group), where they analyzed demographics and past transfers of potential developments, worked with senior management on development research and client relations, and prepared weekly reports on current development and possible acquisitions. In 2012, they joined Stanbery Development as an intern, then as a Real Estate Analyst in 2014. In 2017, they moved to BCRE - Brack Capital Real Estate as an Acquisition Manager, where they developed financial models, underwrote potential acquisitions, and managed analysis of on and off-market properties. In 2018, they joined The Habitat Company as a Senior Acquisitions and Investments Associate, where they managed underwriting and pre-development of a 342-unit high-rise multifamily development, facilitated the acquisition of 1,400 multifamily units, and directed a personal Acquisitions-Asset Management Analyst. In 2021, they joined Barsala as the Director of Real Estate and Investments, where they coordinated the expansion of Barsala's short term rental portfolio, managed the development/expansion of Barsala Investments, and directed a BDR/analyst pool. Most recently, in 2022, they joined GNP Realty Partners as the Vice President of Investments.

Aaron Hoffman attended Bexley High School from 2006 to 2010, and then went on to receive a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from The Ohio State University in 2014.
