Héctor Pagan is an energetic and dedicated chef with 13 years of experience in the hospitality industry, showcasing expertise in international cuisines and a commitment to food safety and quality service. They have held roles such as Executive Chef at several establishments, including Hawkers Asian Street Food and bartaco, and have been responsible for menu creation, kitchen organization, and staff management. Previously, Héctor served as Chef de Cuisine at Restaurante Aljibe and had ownership experience at Cafe Hostos. They earned a Bachelor's degree in Hotel and Restaurant Administration from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Puerto Rico.
