Felipe Setti

Felipe Setti is an experienced business professional with a diverse background in business development and project management. As the Head of New Business at Barte since April 2025, Felipe drives strategic initiatives. Previously, Felipe worked as a Business Development Specialist at Mercado Bitcoin, contributing to the growth of the MB Startups unit by enhancing investment accessibility through tokenization. With a solid foundation as a Fintech Specialist at Endeavor Brasil, Felipe supported fintech founders and coordinated teams to improve services for entrepreneurs. Felipe's early career included significant roles at Urso Filmes as an Executive Producer, where project management and strategic planning were key responsibilities, and a brief internship at Odebrecht. Felipe holds a Master's degree in Design from CESAR School and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Universidade Pernambuco.
