Raphael Straatmann

Raphael Straatmann is a seasoned technology leader and co-founder with a focus on creating fair, efficient, and sustainable solutions. Currently serving as CPTO at Barte, they lead Product and Tech initiatives while previously co-founding Liv Up, where they scaled the company to $40M in revenue by leveraging technology to connect consumers with healthy food options. Raphael has also contributed as a fractional CPO/CTO and tech advisor at Straat, building a prototype for a generative AI-based HR product. Their earlier experience includes roles at Fluency Academy and RevMob, where they honed their skills in product management and technical leadership. Raphael holds degrees in Industrial Engineering and completed professional growth programs at Reforge.
