Ray Salinas

Ray Salinas is a Construction Manager at Bartech Group, currently overseeing the decommissioning and demolishing of energy units. They have extensive leadership experience as a Site Manager, with a proven record in safety, quality control, and project completion in Wind Energy. From 2007 to 2013, Ray served as a Construction Site Manager at Clipper Windpower, managing teams and operations across the U.S. and Mexico. Prior to that, Ray worked as a lead onshore and offshore pipe cleaning technician, transitioning to Wind Energy in 2005. Ray completed their education with a High School Diploma from San Jacinto College.
