Tonia Stemmer possesses over a decade of experience in human resources and recruitment, currently serving as an I9 Specialist and HR Employee Relations Specialist at Bartech Staffing since January 2011. Responsibilities include providing inbound call support to associates, conducting first-day phone orientations, performing exit interviews, and managing pre-employment screenings for Engineering, Clinical/Scientific, and IT roles. Prior to this, Tonia worked as a Candidate Sourcer at Adecco Engineering and Technical, assisting with applicant flow development.
