Allen Mannen

Allen Mannen has extensive work experience in the food and beverage industry. Allen started their career at Malcolm Food Specialties as a QA Laboratory Technician, where they analyzed various dairy and non-dairy products and provided technical assistance to improve productivity and quality. Allen then joined Ault Foods Limited as a Research Scientist, where they specialized in HACCP, microbiological analysis, and starter culture fermentation control.

Mannen later worked at Parmalat Canada as a Research Scientist and Team Leader, leading investigations into new processing and product innovations for dairy and food applications. Allen played a crucial role in the scale-up and commercialization of the first microfiltered milk in North America.
