Jack Duncan

Jack Duncan is a Senior Food Scientist at Bartesian since March 2023, bringing extensive experience in food science and quality assurance. Prior roles include Quality Assurance Manager and Research and Development Manager at David Carrière & Associates from May 2021 to March 2023. Previously, Jack served as Creamery Manager, Head Cheesemaker, and Lead Cheesemaker at Shelburne Farms between February 2019 and May 2021. Earlier experience includes roles as Product Development Specialist, Food Safety and Quality Assurance Manager, and Production Manager at A Drop of Joy, LLC, and Orchard and Cider Assistant at Windfall Orchard Specialty Hard Cider. Jack began a career in the University of Vermont Library Media Department as a Student Supervisor from October 2013 to May 2017. Jack holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition and Food Science from the University of Vermont, earned in 2017.
