Neil McVicar is an experienced professional with a robust background in customer success and technical account management. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Success at Bartesian since December 2017, Neil oversees efforts related to the innovative cocktail maker utilizing single-serve, recyclable capsules. Neil previously held the role of Customer Success Manager at Bartesian, enhancing customer experiences in both home and hospitality settings. Prior to Bartesian, Neil spent over seven years at Dejero as a Field Sales / Technical Account Manager and Support Specialist, focusing on live video solutions for broadcasters. Neil also worked as a Training Specialist at Arvato Digital Services and Arvato Services, and as a Quality Assurance Analyst at RIM from 2000 to 2006.
