Patrick Bartl is a seasoned leader in change management and communication consulting, currently serving as the CEO and Founder of BARTL Consulting since September 2024. Previously, from April 2022 to August 2024, Patrick was the Director and Head of Change Management at kobaltblau Management Consultants, where the focus was on supporting CxOs in strategy and transformation projects, establishing a Competence Center for Change Management & Communications, and launching an office in Berlin. As a Senior Manager in Change Management at Horváth from April 2019 to March 2022, Patrick specialized in developing digital change strategies for clients amid digital transformation. Prior experience at IBM from October 2007 to March 2019 included roles as a Senior Managing Consultant in Digital Change & Transformation and as a Corporate Student in Business Information Technology Management, covering various consulting areas. Patrick holds a Master’s Degree in International Management from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Information Technology Management from The Berlin School of Economics and Law.
