Mark Hughes

Mark Hughes has a strong background in the insurance industry, starting with their role as a Graduate Trainee at Allianz Insurance PLC in 1989. Mark then worked their way up to become a Commercial Underwriter and later a Business Developer. In 1998, they joined Bartlett Group Ltd as a Broker and eventually became an Account Executive. Mark then served as the Client Servicing Manager before being promoted to Associate Director in the Corporate Risks Division.

Mark Hughes attended Harrogate Grammar School from 1979 to 1986. After completing their secondary education, they went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics at the University of Warwick from 1986 to 1989.
