Caitlyn Williams is a highly experienced Training and Development Specialist at Bartlett Roofing since March 2022, where responsibilities include creating training materials, restructuring training schedules, and auditing training processes. Previously, Caitlyn served as a Training Facilitator, conducting New Hire training and collaborating with other departments to enhance training effectiveness. Additional roles at Bartlett Roofing included Transaction Coordinator and Project Manager. Prior to this, Caitlyn held various positions at Calvin Klein, ranging from Project Manager to Sales Associate, and worked as a Wine Room Merchant at Sierra Bonita Vineyards. Caitlyn holds a Master of Arts in International Security and a Bachelor of Humanities in French Language and Literature from the University of Arizona, as well as a degree in French Studies from Université Jean Moulin.

Bartlett Homes & Roofing was founded in 1992 by father, son and uncle trio; Tom, Doug, and Steve Bartlett. What started as a small framing crew turned into a custom homes building company, and has since developed into what we are now, as superior roofing systems experts! Roofing is the largest portion of our business. We have completed over 3500+ re-roofing project installations to date since we primarily started focusing on roofing only in 2013. We are leaders in our industry and experts at identifying storm damage and how to deal with insurance companies. We are a licensed, insured, and bonded General Contractor. We install most roofing products: asphalt, synthetic, metal, single ply, mod-bit, silicone re-coats, and more!
