Prior to this role, Luke Smith worked at Bartlett Roofing, where contributions included serving as Head Of Market Development, Project Manager, Sales Manager, and Director of New Business, focusing on developing new sales markets and fostering team development and culture. Earlier experience includes working as an Insurance Agent at State Farm from March 2017 to May 2020.

Bartlett Homes & Roofing was founded in 1992 by father, son and uncle trio; Tom, Doug, and Steve Bartlett. What started as a small framing crew turned into a custom homes building company, and has since developed into what we are now, as superior roofing systems experts! Roofing is the largest portion of our business. We have completed over 3500+ re-roofing project installations to date since we primarily started focusing on roofing only in 2013. The best part is that over 90% of our roof replacement projects are paid for almost entirely by homeowners' insurance funds due to storm damage. We are leaders in our industry and experts at identifying storm damage and how to deal with insurance companies. We are a licensed, insured, and bonded General Contractor. We install most roofing products: asphalt, synthetic, metal, single ply, mod-bit, silicone re-coats, and more!
