Jill Helmuth has over three decades of experience in engineering and project management. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Bartlett & West since July 2013, Jill Helmuth previously worked for the USDA-NRCS from June 1992 to July 2013 as an Agricultural Engineer, where responsibilities included reviewing and overseeing field engineers and generating policy updates related to program and technology changes. Jill Helmuth earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from North Dakota State University between 1988 and 1992.
