Rhyan Breen

Rhyan Breen is an experienced attorney with a focus on criminal defense and small business formation, currently operating as a solo general litigation attorney at Rhyan A. Breen, Esq. since October 2019. Breen has also served as an adjunct professor at Barton College since June 2022 and previously taught Criminal Evidence and Procedure at Methodist University in early 2021. Additionally, Breen has been a School Board Member for District 7 in Wilson County Schools since December 2018. Prior to establishing a solo practice, Breen worked at Farris & Farris, PA from August 2010 to October 2019, handling general practice law that included criminal and civil matters. Rhyan Breen holds a Juris Doctor from North Carolina Central University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Methodist University.
