Eric Sleeper

Eric Sleeper is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience in commercial litigation and corporate legal matters. Currently a member of the International Society of Primerus Law Firms since January 2018 and a partner at Barton LLP since September 2008, Eric has also held partner positions at Herrick, Feinstein LLP and Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer, specializing in corporate workouts, restructurings, and reorganizations. Prior roles include counsel at Sills Cummis Epstein & Gross and partner at Anderson Kill & Olick, P.C. Eric began a legal career as a legal assistant at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett before obtaining a JD from Emory University School of Law and a BA in Political Science from Rutgers University.
