Kenneth Rashbaum is an accomplished attorney and educator with extensive experience in privacy, data protection, and electronic information governance. Currently serving as an Adjunct Professor of Law at Fordham Law School since August 2015, Kenneth designs curricula and teaches courses focused on laws related to electronic information and privacy. As a Partner at Barton LLP since May 2014, Kenneth advises multinational and healthcare organizations on compliance with privacy regulations, cyber-security, and HIPAA requirements. Previous roles include teaching at Maurice E. Deane School of Law, leading Rashbaum Associates, LLC as Attorney and Principal, and serving as Director of Consulting at Fios, Inc. Kenneth's distinguished legal career began as an Assistant District Attorney at the Kings County District Attorney's Office, with significant litigation experience gained at Sedgwick, Detert, Moran and Arnold LLP, where Kenneth founded and led the E-Discovery, Compliance, and Data Management Practice Group. Kenneth obtained a Juris Doctor from Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from SUNY New Paltz.
