Phil Mortensen

Phil Mortensen is a seasoned labor and employment law attorney, currently serving as a partner at Barton LLP since June 2008, where representation is exclusively for management. With a robust history in the legal field that includes numerous partnerships at Kreitzman firms spanning from 1980 to 2008, Phil has gained extensive experience in labor relations. Phil Mortensen holds a Juris Doctor degree from Suffolk University Law School, obtained between 1969 and 1972, and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Penn State University, earned from 1965 to 1969. Phil also attended Parkland High School from 1961 to 1965.
