David McCarthy

David McCarthy is a Senior Development Manager at Bartra Capital Property Group, where they have been since 2024. Previously, they held the position of Development Manager at the same company starting in 2020. With extensive experience in property development, David served as an Associate Director at Spain Courtney Doyle from 1998 to 2011 and as Head of Commercial Asset Management at O'Dwyer Real Estate Management from 2015 to 2018. David also worked as an Asset Manager at Capita and contributed to the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland as Chairperson of the Building Surveying Professional Group in 2009-2010. They hold an LLB in Irish Law from Griffith College Dublin and a B.Sc. in Building Surveying from Dundalk Institute of Technology.
