Kate Tyson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and organizational development. As the Founder and Director of Wanderwell since August 2018, Kate is dedicated to fostering social, racial, and economic justice through business practices. Kate has served as a Board Member at Bartram's Garden since April 2017 and has been involved with Nomad Farm, LLC since 2008 in a leadership capacity. Previously, Kate held the roles of Director and CEO at ELYSIAN FIELDS PHILADELPHIA LLC from 2011 to August 2018, focusing on aligning business vision and values with growth strategies. Kate's earlier experience includes positions as Communications Manager at Greener Partners and Marketing Coordinator at Walker Art Center. An alumna of Carleton College, Kate holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Fine and Studio Arts, complemented by studies in the Friends World Program in Bangalore, India.
