Located in the city’s urban playground, BARÚ URBANO is the area’s most popular establishment for it’s unique and innovative concept and exceptional cuisine.
At the forefront of BARÚ URBANO are owners Nicolás Hoyos, founder and creator of the emblematic nightclubs Macondo and Zoe in South Beach, along with Juan Carlos Pardo, a prominent businessman and restaurateur, have joined forces to establish this one-of-a kind restaurant that will bring a modern, creative spin to upscale Latin fare.
Upon entering the restaurant, patrons will be transported into another world, where the furnishings, music, and food combine to create an atmosphere, which engages all five senses. The unique décor is a play on the free-standing building’s history, featuring rustic wood and contemporary street art, while the music carries a mix of international rhythm and sounds throughout the different areas of the restaurant.
Sure to tantalize the palate, the menu has been created with "Alma y Sazón". As a reflection of BARÚ URBANO’s eco-conscious ideals, the menu will consist of locally sourced selections, comprised of the freshest and most authentic ingredients so patrons may fully experience the food’s astounding aromas and vibrant hues. A plethora of distinctive cocktails, created exclusively by mixologist Arturo Sighinolfi, will be made with fresh, local fruit selections that perfectly complement the menu’s unique flavors and high-quality ingredients.
BARÚ URBANO is one of Miami’s favorite neighborhood hubs where clients will take pleasure in the alluring setting from lunch, to happy hour, to dinner and beyond!
With its seducing charm, exquisite cuisine, and enticing atmosphere, BARÚ URBANO, without a doubt, is the meeting point for Miami’s trendiest residents and guests.
