Charles Scherbaum

Charles Scherbaum is a Professor at Baruch College and the owner of Cielo Management Consulting, where they focus on employee engagement, selection and assessment, and statistical analysis. They previously served as an instructor at Ohio University and held the position of President at the Metropolitan New York Association of Applied Psychology. Charles earned a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Ohio University and a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Washington. Their research interests include diversity in employee selection and bias in assessments, utilizing advanced analytical techniques.
