Neil Sullivan

Neil J. Sullivan is a Professor in the School of Public and International Affairs at Baruch College – CUNY, where they have taught since 1978. As an accomplished author, Neil penned several notable works on baseball, including *The Dodgers Move West* (Oxford University Press, 1987) and *The Minors* (St. Martin’s Press, 1990), as well as exploring themes of democracy and expertise in *The Prometheus Bomb* (Potomac Books, 2016). Neil holds a PhD in American Government and Politics from Brandeis University and a master's degree from the University of Southern California. They live in Yonkers, New York, and serve on various civic boards.
