BAS Frames | Steel Frame Systems & Drylining Specialists | Design. Supply. Install.
BAS Frames is the trading name of BAS Constructions Ltd, a London-based specialist subcontractor in Steel Frame Systems (SFS) and Drylining, delivering expert design, supply, and installation solutions for residential, commercial, and mixed-use construction projects across the UK.
Established in 2010, we were among the first in the UK to move from traditional building techniques to light gauge steel framing — a modern construction method that remains at the forefront of the industry today. BAS Frames
Our comprehensive services cover infill, full build, and panellised steel frame systems alongside full drylining packages — including partitioning, ceiling systems, and internal wall linings — supporting projects from initial concept through to on-site completion. We deliver fast, prefabricated, fire-rated, and sustainable steel frames that combine speed, durability, and eco-friendly construction. BAS Frames
We work across the commercial and residential sectors, as well as hospitality, education, and healthcare — bringing the same commitment to quality and precision to every build. Bas Frames Our design team collaborates closely with architects and structural engineers to produce accurate, buildable drawings tailored to each project's unique requirements.
Our installation teams hold SMSTS, SSSTS, IPAF, and NVQ certifications, and all operatives are fully trained in manual handling, working at height, and site safety standards. Bas Frames
At BAS Frames, we don't just build steel frames — we deliver complete, integrated solutions that take your project from structure to finish
