Johanna Mongelos began their career in the financial sector in 2009 at Banco Amambay, now Banco BASA S.A. After 15 years with the company, they developed a strong passion for customer satisfaction and training high-performance teams. They served as Head of Credit Monitoring for several years and have been the Manager of Transactional Business for SMEs and Individuals since December 2020. In addition to their extensive experience, Johanna holds a degree in Commercial Engineering from Universidad Autónoma de Asunción and is a certified executive, life, and team coach.
