Fatemeh Ebrahimi

Fatemeh Ebrahimi is an experienced professional in human resources and business development. Currently serving as the People and Culture Manager at باسلام | Basalam since March 2022, Fatemeh focuses on developing HR strategies, enhancing organizational diversity and inclusion, and leading training sessions globally. Previously, Fatemeh held the position of Business Development Manager at Shid Architecture and Construction Group, where responsibilities included coordinating business plans and growth strategies. Fatemeh also served as the People and Culture Manager at Basalam, where foundational HR functions were established. Fatemeh's career began as a teacher at Monji International School, developing syllabus and course structure. Educational achievements include a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy from the University of Tehran and a Master's degree in Business Administration from Azad University (IAU). Additional learning experiences were gained at Eastern Mennonite University and James Madison University, with coursework completed through Coursera.
