We enable leaders and boards across Australia and New Zealand to understand and respond to concerns and complaints with clarity and confidence. We specialise in working with schools, tertiary institutions and nonprofit organisations, providing independent investigations, organisational reviews, and training. We are unique in our provision of specialist support for schools handling complex and sensitive investigations involving students.

Organisations call us when:
- They've received a formal complaint or allegation that requires an external, independent investigation
- They're conducting a complex internal investigation and want expert advice and oversight
- A safeguarding concern has been raised involving a child or vulnerable person
- They've dealt with an incident internally and want an independent review of their response
- They want to improve their internal complaint handling systems and processes
