Yonat Shain is currently the Head of Data & AI at Base - Customer Led Growth, where they focus on optimizing customer experiences. Prior to this, they co-founded and served as CEO of 3bears.ai, developing a platform that enhances customer journeys through data and AI solutions. Yonat has also held significant roles at PayPal, including Director of Global Customer Service Analytics and Chief of Staff for the EVP of Chief Risk & Customer Service, overseeing large teams and strategic operations. They began their career as an IT Project Manager and earned a BSc in Biomedical Engineering from Tel Aviv University.
