BASE Equity Partners is a team of experienced operating executives and private equity investors, along with a network of industry-leading CEOs with proven track records. We provide a new, secure home base for companies or divisions undergoing transitions and seeking capital to grow and flourish.

Operational Focus

We look to supplement existing management teams with our own operational expertise. In some cases, this may include active roles at the senior management level. In addition, we bring a strong network of industry experts, strategic partners, and new customer and vendor relationships.

Long-Term Capital

We are backed by a group of private families whose wealth is derived from highly successful enterprises. Because of our permanent capital base, we seek to be long-term partners building long-term value. We are not looking for quick flips or exits, nor are we looking to be financial engineers. We steadfastly drive earnings growth through new business development and operational efficiency initiatives.

Old-Fashioned Values

We are in this for the long haul, and understand that business is built upon mutual trust. Further, given our investor base, we are acutely aware of the need for confidentiality and privacy. We pledge to business owners/sellers our utmost concern for the best interests of the enterprise. For the financial and intermediary community, we pledge transparent and efficient interactions.
