Hai Minh has two years of experience as an Information Technology Recruiter. From 2019 to present, they have worked as an Information Technology Recruiter at Base.vn. Prior to that, from 2017 to 2019, they were an Information Technology Recruiter at Careers Advisor. During this role, they built the company's professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges and other partners. Hai also found candidates, updated current and designed new recruiting procedures for team members, and worked with candidates who use languages such as PHP, Java, Mobile, AI, and C/C++.
