Thuy La's work experience begins in 2019 with various roles at AIESEC in Vietnam. These roles include Copywriter Outgoing Global Volunteer, Marketing Manager - Outgoing Global Volunteer, and Outgoing Global Talent Manager. In these positions, Thuy was responsible for managing global talent and volunteers, as well as handling marketing and copywriting tasks.

Starting in March 2022, Thuy joined Base.vn as a Business Analyst. In this role, Thuy is responsible for tracking industry trends and user needs, creating product roadmaps, defining and clarifying problems for the product, and designing user experiences.
