TJ Nahigian

Managing Partner at Base10

TJ is a co-founder and Managing Partner at Base10 Partners. Before Base10, TJ had a successful career as an entrepreneur and investor.

As an entrepreneur, TJ was the founder and CEO of Jobr, a mobile job platform that grew profitably to millions of users and $10M+ of revenue. Jobr was acquired by Monster in 2016, where TJ became VP of Product & Head of Mobile globally.

Prior to founding Jobr, TJ was an investor at Coatue Management, a $10B tech focused hedge fund and venture investment firm. TJ joined to start Coatue’s private investing practice and helped to establish Coatue as a leading venture investor leading investments in Anaplan, HotelTonight, Snap, Lyft and Wish among others.

Prior to Coatue, TJ spent several years at Accel partners, a $9B venture investment firm based in Palo Alto where he helped to invest in Qualtrics, Airwatch, Despegar, and Nimble Storage.

He started his career at Summit Partners, a $12B venture capital and private equity firm.

TJ graduated from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business with a focus on finance.
