Tom Reiss is an experienced executive with a strong background in B2B and enterprise operations. Currently serving as Chief Revenue Officer at Base44 since September 2025, Reiss previously held dual roles as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Revenue Officer at Rise.ai from April 2022 to September 2025, overseeing sales, customer service, accounts, partnerships, and business operations. As Co-Founder and CEO of Roby.ai from 2019 to April 2022, Reiss focused on advanced automation and analysis tools for property companies, while managing operations across London and Tel-Aviv. Reiss also co-founded and served as CEO of iagree from 2017 to 2020, leading the development of solutions aimed at automating the tenant onboarding process and facilitating rent payments. Reiss began a career in management within the Israeli Air Force, holding the rank of Major from 2007 to 2015.
