Jess McCarter has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. In 2003, they worked as a chef at Real Recovery LLC. From 2005 to 2009, they co-founded Sagebit, LLC, where they managed web app development projects and focused on hiring and training programs for women and underrepresented groups in the technology sector. In 2007, they served as a project manager at ASMALLWORLD. From 2008 to 2010, they held roles as an account manager and business development specialist at Samasource, where they developed partnerships, launched an ethical BPO internship program, and conducted investor outreach. Jess McCarter attended Dartmouth College from 1996 to 1999, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology. Prior to their time at Dartmouth, Jess attended the University of California, Berkeley in 1995. They also attended San Dieguito from 1992 to 1995. The degree name and field of study for their time at Berkeley and San Dieguito are not provided.
