Michael Pona

Michael Pona has a diverse work experience. Michael currently works at Baseballism as a Content Creator, where they network with social media influencers and creates lifestyle content. Michael also works as a sales associate, engaging with customers and driving sales in the retail environment. In addition, they are a Bartender Manager at Jack Nolens, where they provide excellent customer service and manages front and back-of-the-house duties.

Previously, Michael worked as a Freelance Photographer and a Digital Marketing Consultant, where they designed and implemented digital marketing strategies for small businesses and entrepreneurs. Michael also has experience as a Sales Manager at Sprint, where they led a retail team and specialized in attracting small businesses and developing long-term partnerships.

Michael has also worked as a Business Office Manager and Customer Service representative at RealTime Fantasy Sports, Inc., where they handled customer and technical support for a national sports fantasy website. Additionally, they have experience as a Youth Basketball Coach at DeSales Community Development and in logistics at Amazon, where they facilitated inbound traffic and package flow.

Prior to this, Michael worked as a Board Member at EL Torres Contracting LLC and as a Business Solutions Specialist at Commercial Technology Solutions, LLC. Throughout their work experience, Michael has demonstrated skills in customer service, sales, leadership, and digital marketing.

Michael Pona's education history starts in 1998 when they attended Space Camp for Aviation School and studied Aeronautics/Aviation/Aerospace Science and Technology. In 1999, they completed the College/University Preparatory and Advanced High School/Secondary Diploma Program at Clayton High School.

Michael then went on to the University of Indianapolis from 2004 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Sports Management.

In 2013, Michael attended AT&T University (Udacity) and studied Agile Process Management, earning a certification in the field. Additionally, in February 2015, they obtained an Agile® Project Management Certification from Udacity.
