James XU Zhen

James Xu Zhen has several years of work experience, starting in 1999 as a Senior Software Developer and Tech Lead at Presenter Tech Information in the UK. James then worked as a Tech Lead and Project Manager at Siemens from 2004 to 2006. Following that, they were an Engineering Manager at Amazon.com in 2006 and a Principle Program Manager and Product Development Manager for the Greater China Region at Nokia from 2007 to 2011. James then joined Baidu, Inc. as a Technical Development Manager, leading various teams and owning multiple projects until 2016. From 2016 to 2019, they worked at JD.com as a Technical Director, responsible for platform development and deployment. After that, they joined CloudMinds Technology Inc. in 2019 as a VP of Technology and AI, where they managed the chatbot business operation and technology platforms. Currently, they are serving as the Vice President of Software Engineering at BaseBit Technologies.

James Xu Zhen completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China between 1996 and 2000. In 2009, they obtained certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the PMI-Project Management Institute, specializing in program management.
