Basecamp Parks is a modern, design-forward outdoor hospitality platform in premier recreation markets across North America.

We focus on iconic destinations near national parks, ski resorts, and world-class terrain—where strong underlying demand meets a clear opportunity to elevate the guest experience.

Through thoughtful site planning, modern accommodations, and curated amenities, we transform underutilized assets into premium, experience-driven destinations.

Flagship acquisition & repositioning is underway near a major national park, with additional locations in the pre-development pipeline.

This is camping, Elevated by Nature and Inspired by Adventure.
