We aim to reconcile the contradictory components, that most projects encounter, to produce a clear straightforward concept that serves as a guideline throughout the process. By studying the problem at a fundamental level we try to discover new possibilities. Our team is equipped with advanced knowledge of BIM technology and has proven capacities among the areas of project management and budget control. The three-dimensional interpretation of the client’s terms of reference, should contribute besides serving functional, with a positive impact of meaning to the surroundings and its users.
