Dmitrijus Apockinas is an experienced professional in the fintech and financial services sectors, serving as Designated Partner at PSP Lab since August 2019, where expertise in regulatory compliance and consulting is applied. As Co-founder and CEO of Baseella since June 2021, Dmitrijus leads the development of a comprehensive core banking software for payment institutions. Dmitrijus also co-founded Everise Labs, specializing in investment management software, and previously co-founded PayAlly, an FCA-authorized electronic money institution. Experience includes director roles at Canopus Innovative Technologies and executive positions at Advanced Management Technologies LP and Net Element.
