Maartje Mutter is an experienced marketing and culture leader with a diverse background in managing projects and driving performance in the digital advertising sector. Currently serving as the Head of Culture and Marketing Manager at Baseflow since August 2020, Maartje previously held roles at TRIMM and Sanoma NL, where significant contributions were made to enhance online advertising performance and collaborate on branded content strategies. Earlier experience includes project management positions at TMG and PostNL, focused on marketing services and customer retention, as well as roles at GVB, Ormit Talent Nederland, and ASML, emphasizing project leadership and operational efficiency. Maartje holds a Master's degree in Communication Studies from the University of Twente and a degree in Textile Engineering and Business Administration from Saxion University of Applied Sciences.
