Currently serving as Sales Director at Baseflow since May 2025, Ole previously held multiple strategic roles at Movella from April 2016 to April 2025, including Senior Account Executive for Entertainment and Sr. Business Development Manager for EMEA in 3D Character Animation. Prior experience at Regal Beloit from April 2011 to March 2016 involved leadership in the NEMA & FOOD division and management of the Inside Sales team. Ole's background also includes entrepreneurship as the owner of beebee bv, and account management roles at BookProvider and Unusual. Ole holds a Master's degree in Administration and Management from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona and a Bachelor's degree in Commercial Economics/International Marketing from Saxion University of Applied Sciences.
