Aisha Mamade

Senior Engineer at Baseform

Aisha Mamade is a Senior Engineer at Baseform since November 2019. Prior to that, they worked at LNEC from August 2013 to the present as a Research Fellow, specializing in the water-energy nexus field applied to urban water systems. Aisha also worked as a PhD Researcher at LNEC from March 2015 to November 2019. Aisha was a Young Water Professional at the International Water Association from July 2013 to November 2019. Aisha previously worked at Baseform as an R&D Water Analytics from April 2015 to October 2015. Aisha started their career as an Intern at LNEC from September 2011 to January 2013 and also had an internship at AMBIO- Consultores de Engenharia e Tecnologia do Ambiente, Lda from July 2011 to August 2011.

Aisha Mamade pursued their education in the field of civil engineering at the Instituto Superior Técnico. From 2007 to 2012, they completed their Master of Civil Engineering (MEng) degree, specializing in hydraulics. Later on, they continued their academic journey at the same institution and earned their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Civil Engineering, specializing in the field as well. Aisha underwent this rigorous academic program from 2015 to 2019.
